Rebuilds demo/index.html as a single centred column in the style of gpu-time.arikko.dev, keeping every developer feature of the old dashboard.

• Try it out card: one-line input with pastel highlighting in place (fraction word / number / unit / currency / range), a calm Result panel (Indian grouping, ₹ prefix, verified badge with tooltip, unit caption, confidence), one row per amount, "No amount found" for negatives with a note on the built-in ones.
• Tap one, see the number: 12 example cards across Hinglish, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, mixed shorthand and two "not money" negatives. Every example was verified against the built library.
• Use it in your code: dark code block with the actual return shape, strict/minConfidence and parseBatch/WebGPU one-liners.
• Inside the model: live per-character BIO/class strip from inspect(), decoded token chips, and the arithmetic line, captioned from modelInfo().
• Developer options disclosure keeps strict mode, min-confidence slider, raw JSON + copy, backend/WebGPU status and the CPU-vs-WebGPU batch benchmark.
• Shareable hash state, report-wrong-parse links, light/dark themes, SEO/OG meta, no horizontal scroll at 390px.

No library, weights or Python changes. CHANGELOG gets an Unreleased entry.
