• Demo "report wrong parse" links on every result line and one for the whole input, prefilling the issue form with the text, a script-based pack guess and the result JSON (size-capped).
• Triage tool python -m sankhya.triage_issue --text … --lang … --expect-value … (or --expect-range, --negative): reruns the shipped weights with the release gates, says whether the report reproduces, and prints the exact gold JSONL line to append. Documented in python/README ("Handling a wrong-parse report").
• CHANGELOG.md for 0.3.0 → 0.7.0, linked from the README.
