四仓库 tag 同步。本次实质变更仅 kvspace-c（合并 #21 art_scan 下降到前缀覆盖节点再扫子树 + #22 shm sbo 扩容/PUNCH_HOLE 回收）， ABI 与 v0.2.13 完全一致（77 导出符号无增删）；kvspace/kvspace-durable 无代码改动，随同步升 tag。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <[email protected]>

kvspace / kvspace-durable 无代码改动，随同步升 tag。
ABI
kvspace-c v0.2.14 与 v0.2.13 完全一致（77 导出符号无增删），故 kvlang 无需改代码，仅 deps 升版。三 backend 的 v0.2.14 release + ABI 包已就绪，CI deps.sh 可正常下载。
