Default Codex trusted an unsupported compatibility comment after removing obvious narration, while the adversarial parent and reviewer pass rejected the claim when repository evidence did not support it. Port pstack's no-comments and Comment Sicko split closely using Codex's native custom-agent mechanism, with explicit-only skill invocation and both Compass suites passing.
