Replace Paystack with Clerk Billing as the source of truth for plans, subscriptions, seats, and invoices. Orgs are now workspaces across apps/API keys/billing/members, with seat-based Enterprise limits, member invite/removal changes, account/workspace deletion safeguards, and custom billing management/history UI. Merges latest main and keeps the Yarn 4 lockfile.
