maven-parent 48 no longer runs the JXR report (apache/maven-parent#523), so the items would point at a page the site does not produce.

maven-parent 48 removed the JXR report from the
reportingprofile (apache/maven-parent#523, MPOM-462), so theSource Xrefentries in the module site descriptors point at a page the site no longer produces. The maven-release-manager index page linked into./xref/forDefaultReleaseManager; it now links to the source on GitHub.
