Adds a Tutorials section to the docs sidebar, after Introduction, with a first tutorial: a Python order-processing service that shares a topic through a consumer group, scales out and in, and resumes from stored offsets. Run end to end against Apache Iggy 0.9.0.

A Python order-processing service that shares a topic through a consumer group, scales out and in, and resumes from stored offsets. Run end to end against 0.9.0.
Replace semicolons and short fragments, and say what happens when the handler raises.

Adds a second tutorial to the Tutorials section: run an Iggy server with
Prometheus and Grafana in Docker Compose and watch the broker on a
dashboard. Run end to end against apache/iggy:0.9.0. Builds on #125, so
the first two commits are from that PR and drop out once it merges.

Closing: this landed on main as part of #126, which was branched from this one. Only a trailing-newline change remains here.
