The clean RC checkout and the source ZIP downloaded from dist/dev passed cargo x prepare-testdata, cargo x lint, cargo x check, cargo x test, LICENSE/NOTICE package checks, and cargo publish --dry-run --locked -p datasketches. The final crate was published from the clean approved commit and downloaded again through the crates.io registry.
