MATLAB still reports v0.9.1 in its metadata and generated reference headers, while the development notes describe merged work as pending. Prepare v0.9.2 metadata, document the current behavior and give users explicit rebuild guidance.

The release notes and What's New cover independent INIT, persisted TRACE boundary tolerance, the correctness audit, 3D exports and the bounded Octave workflow. Add the missing ISAfootprintContains reference page to navigation, search and MATLAB Help. Correct the Oracle missing-outcome denominator and the unsupported promise that SVM calibration cannot affect labels. Replace stale backlog claims and add a maintainer publication checklist.

No runtime algorithms change. Closed issue #30's proposed canonical rotation is absent from current PILOT and is explicitly excluded; numerical restart reproducibility issue #63 remains open. Python documentation redesign is tracked separately in andremun/pyInstanceSpace#367.

Validation:

• MATLAB R2026a Update 5: the bundled example completes; the complete integration suite passes 220/220 tests, with zero failed or incomplete cases. The MCP response timed out after 300 seconds, but execution continued; the resulting JUnit/coverage reports and a subsequent MCP query confirm the complete result. Both new reference-page examples were executed successfully.
• Octave 11.3.0 with Statistics 2.0.0 and Datatypes 1.5.0: portable preprocessing, learning, optimization, geometry, workflow, archive and property contracts pass. Both 2D and 3D full build/save/load/explore checks pass with CSV and Qt PNG. An initial remote-display prerequisite failure was corrected by using the local display socket; the Qt rerun succeeds.
• Octave 6.4.0: separate core-only contracts pass. The extracted source archive also passes a core smoke test.
• Generated documentation matches its sources (37 generated files); 32 pages pass link validation. Documentation and Octave CI are green on the final revision; MATLAB R2025a CI remains in progress.
• Clean source candidate ZIP: 204 files, required code/metadata/Help files present, no caches/environments/generated test packages, integrity checks pass. Local receipts and the candidate are under ignored .cache/release-0.9.2/.

This prepares the release; it does not publish a tag or release. Merge remains subject to CI and the repository's Copilot review gate. Follow docs/release-0.9.2.md to confirm the actual publication date and create final artifacts from the reviewed merge commit.
