Prepare version 0.5.0 after the merged qwentts.cpp ABI v5 upgrade. Bump the package metadata and exported Python version from 0.4.2 to 0.5.0; the release contains the September 28 native revision and documented codec API migration.
Validation: 0.5.0 is not published on PyPI, both version declarations match, ABI v5 remains selected, and the diff contains only version metadata. The upgrade wheel previously passed 85 tests and real Metal comparison checks against PyPI 0.4.2.
After merging, publish through the existing annotated v0.5.0 tag flow. GitHub Actions rebuilds Linux CUDA 12.8 and macOS Metal wheels, checks them, and publishes to PyPI.
