Changelog entry for the IPv6 shorthand fix (#28, #31).
#31 deliberately shipped without one so it would not conflict with #30, which rewrote the whole file. Both are merged now, so this fills the gap before tagging.
Written around what someone would have experienced: the route showing
downwhile the app was plainly reachable atlocalhost:3000. Also says that the--upstream '[::1]:3000'workaround still works, since anyone who found it will want to know whether to undo it.
