Reverts #131.

#131 extended C-328 to say the embedded wasm host serves the full-response http family (get_response … request_response) as framed op 65. That route contradicts ADR-0023, which the implementation PR should have followed:

  • decision 1: no new op is served by a host;
  • step 4: the six *_response functions go into the p3 shim over wasi:http/[email protected];
  • step 7: the embedded lane reaches them by running the component.

The implementation PR (almide/almide#3625) is closed unmerged, so the clause describes behaviour no implementation has. This restores C-328 and the evidence list to their state before #131 and removes spec/embedded_cross/http_response_errs.almd.

The implementation's pin never advanced to #131 on its main line; only the closed branch carried it. The full-response family returns through the p3 shim (ADR-0023 step 4), with its own contract change landing here first.

Gates run locally: contracts, provenance, links, gate verification.

…since ADR-0023 serves that family through the p3 shim, not a host op
