Fable library with Profiler component.
Add following into paket.references
Alma.Fable.Profiler
The toolbar styles ship as style.scss and are imported by the Fable output, so the consuming
app's bundler must compile SCSS. Femto installs the sass npm package declared by this library;
Vite picks it up without further config, webpack needs sass-loader + css-loader + style-loader.

CHANGELOG.md - Commit new version and tag it
