Get rolling with Speedata Publisher

This includes a working example with Speedata, but it currently only works for me locally with a modified path to include the upstream binary project bundle. There doesn't seem to be any distro packaging at all much less a Nix flake or even an install target (reported upstream) or release tags (reported upstream) to get started making one from source.

I'm not quite sure how we'll go about getting this running in CI yet, hence the draft mode until that part gets figured out.

This also uses dummy data because I haven't figured out how we'll layout multiple input files per example here yet, but whet that is worked out the data element should move to a separate file to be idiomatic of Speedata Publisher's typical workflow.

@pgundlach Do you have any interest in helping me revive this effort?

Yes, that would be great. I think this is split into two parts, the most difficult part is to understand how to put the speedata Publisher into nix. Also, I'm able to create just a few of the examples.

I full suite of examples isn't necessary at all, even just the hello-world would be an acceptable start. One more with a challenge like the dropcaps would be great but not required.

As for getting it running in Nix, that should be reasonably straight forward with a flake upstream. Is that a possibility?

Great. And no rush. This is entirely a hobby project!

If there is some reason an upstream flake proves to be nonviable I'll help brainstorm an alternative. Using the upstream built binaries in a flake inside this repo would be viable, but far from ideal.

In the mean time would you have any objection to my inviting you to this project as a collaborator and marking you as a code-owner on the relevant samples? This would come with zero expectations of needing to act, it would just allow things like pushing directly to this or other PRs touching Speedata or Glu samples and being notified if other people contribute samples for typesetting engines in your purview. You could review or not subject to availability.

I hope that I have created the foundation for running speedata Publisher examples. It works fine on my fork, so it might work here as well. Only the hello-world example is tested.
