AGENTS.md(instructions for AI coding agents), following the aienos.com AGENTS.md structure and pointing at the shared rules at https://www.aienos.com/agents/RULES.md. Only AGENTS.md changes.Verified in a fresh clone of main (1b4fd7d), Rust 1.98.1
