Refresh the canonical execution handoff after PR #277. Records main 5723b54, protected Verify 35153403810, CodeQL 35153403797, and exact-source preflight 35158287513. Clarifies prior Pages classification is historical and leaves deployment approval and private release gates unchanged. Docs only; no runtime changes. Focused desktop handoff and scanner tests pass locally.
