Show chat agents on the interaction graph

Summary

• The interaction graph shows the agents in this chat even when nobody is calling. Members who have not called each other stay linked by a quiet line. A real call still uses waiting, returned, or failed.
• Each circle carries the same initial used in the chat list. A direct chat uses the agent name.
• The header has a control that opens and closes the Interaction window.

Test plan

• Open a direct chat with no agent-to-agent calls. The graph shows that agent, with the initial inside the circle.
• The header control opens the window and closes it again. Existing Canvas tabs stay.
• A group with two or more agents shows each member and a quiet line until a call replaces that pair.
