feat(cli): bind Interfaze chat_id on invoke and merge callees on writeback - #305

Inject metadata.agentplanet.chat_id when ACN_CHAT_ID is set, track pending hop:invoke receipts locally, and merge orchestration.callees on chat writeback so the collaboration graph does not depend on LLM prose. Co-authored-by: Cursor <[email protected]>
