Tasks

• Implement Advisory Snapshot to view an advisory at a certain point in time
• Implement Snapshot of Package Details to view details of the advisory at a point in time
• Implement Diff to Summarize History
• Add HistoryDiff model to store pre-computed diffs
• Update to collect diffs at import time
• Add Improver to backfill History diffs
• Add tests
