Settings now opens an exercise-library screen with native scopes, filter chips/sheet, recently completed exercise searches, favorite-first rows and progress navigation. All matches are reachable using 100-row batches; unmatched searches can create a custom exercise without dismissing the library.
Favorites save atomically and transfer through native favorite_exercises JSON. Custom creation prevents normalized duplicate names within its write transaction. Confirmed deletion protects built-ins and plan/workout references, removes restored entries without resurrection, and rolls back favorite/reminder cleanup on failure.
Validation: 263 unit tests; TypeScript/production build and 185-file output check; isolated Chrome at 320px checks favorite persistence, scopes, creation/reload/cancel/delete, more results, progress/back navigation and zero console errors/warnings. Native source and APK unchanged. Tutorial/detail and custom editing remain follow-up parity work.
