Replaces the Django version with pwikit, a single Go binary. The Python code is removed.

  • FTML-WIKIT linked in with cgo
  • Bundled PostgreSQL 18, no separate database setup
  • Import of Wikidot sites from wikitCLI backups
  • Admin panel, backups, system service, self-update with rollback
  • Release packages for Linux, macOS and Windows, plus a Docker image

Existing Python deployments must not update to this branch:))))
User documentation will follow in a separate PR.
