Dependency graph visualization #108

Description

@VEZY

It would be nice to have a way to visualize the dependency graph outside of the terminal.

See e.g. https://retejs.org/
Or more simply at this stage: https://github.com/MakieOrg/GraphMakie.jl or https://cormullion.github.io/Karnak.jl/stable/

    Look into Bonito.jl for making an app for the visualisation.

    See e.g. this documentation for an example of dependency graph plotting using GraphViz: https://algebraicjulia.github.io/Decapodes.jl/dev/overview/overview/

    This recent blogpost provides interesting insight in a reimplementation (with simplifications tailored to the problem at hand, and simpler heuristics) of a graphviz layout algorithm : https://spidermonkey.dev/blog/2025/10/28/iongraph-web.html

    I think the stability quality of this approach is worth taking a look at, it is something that is probably desirable in situations where users might switch models often.
