… tag Entries written before the write-path guard (e.g. TransgeneExpressionHere for mushroom body, stored 2026-10-15 with count 2339 and no rows) were still served from the cache, so PR checks failed without running the fixed query. The read path now treats them as a miss and purges them when writable, so they are recomputed and overwritten. Docker Image CI used the branch name as the image tag, which fails for any branch containing '/'. Replace characters Docker tags don't allow with '-'.
