What is the problem and why is it a problem

After UserOfficeProject/user-office-core#1822 is merged we should look at implementing versioning in other areas of the application.

Some options to look into are:

  • PDF templates
  • Potentially proposal questionnaires
  • Sub templates
  • FAP review templates
  • Technical review templates
  • Workflows
