Version-stamp the stylesheet link so deploys are not served stale CSS - #106

GitHub Pages caches main.css for four hours; after a style change the new HTML arrived before the new CSS and pages rendered unstyled. The link now carries the build time as a query string, so each deploy fetches fresh CSS. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <[email protected]>

After #105 the new page HTML deployed while browsers and the CDN kept the four-hour-cached
main.css, so the NTEE figure rendered as unstyled text. The stylesheet link now carries the Jekyll build time as?v=..., which changes on every deploy and forces a fresh fetch. One-line change in_includes/head.html.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
