• submit-payer-details: required on payment_request on-ramps, optional on regular ones. On a regular on-ramp it carries the customer's own bank account, so the incoming transfer is matched by the sender's account and two customers paying the same amount at the same time are told apart.
• Accepted statuses are stated per order type. The old text said awaiting_fiat_transfer, but a payment_request order accepts it at awaiting_vendor_escrow_funding.
• Inline payment_details needs only details; method and network default to the order's own. New example: a bank-account payer with no ids.
• Changelog entry 2026-10-28.

Publish after trades#604 is on prod.

On hold until the paying-account hint is enabled for every on-ramp currency (THB only for now). Then drop the THB-only wording and publish it as a plain optional step on regular on-ramps.
