Release 0.6.6, with what was merged to dev since #60:

autocomplete() (#63): search suggestions as the shopper types, from BehaviorGPT's ranking for the text so far after their history. Each top item offers the first of its keywords that continues the text, tolerating typos; items without keywords offer their names. Records nothing.

client.events (#62): track your users' events from your server, and list them by stream.

…em by stream

What is left of #52 that 0.6.5 did not already do. `events.track` posts to
/v1/events, with `user=` as in `complete`, and the catalog an `Item` names.
`events.list` reads /v1/events/own, now with `stream=`: a publishable key,
"api", or an import, which is how an app opened from the portal reads the
streams it was opened on. `user_id=` on `complete` and `sections` stays as
0.6.5 shipped it.

…ir history

BehaviorGPT ranks the items for the history with the text typed so far as a
search, recorded nowhere, and each top item offers the first of its keywords
that continues the text, allowing for a typo; items without keywords offer
their names. When a few letters after earlier searches read as more of the
same and too few suggestions come back, a second ranking of the text alone
fills them out. The same approach as the old demo's topTerms autocomplete.

Requests can now name fields_to_include, which is how top_terms come back.
