Unlock hub-node derive mode and neighbour SQL pushdown for hosts that pin jvagent and jvspatial in lockstep (Integral Phase A).
Concurrent waiters hydrate distinct Python instances after serialized create; object-identity checks flake under full-suite pre-push.
