Kingston: publish Trellis breakfast and update the Fresh Food Stall - #10

Conversation
Trellis confirmed by email on September 29, 2026 that the breakfast is free and runs 9-11 a.m. (hours extended a little over a year ago, so the City's 9-10:30 listing is out of date). The breakfast listing now has a free cost classification and is published. The Fresh Food Stall now shows that it is up and running by 1 p.m. on Tuesdays until the food runs out, is open to anyone, and gives one bag per household or couple. With no set end time, Tuesday stays unconfirmed in the weekly hours and the note carries the start time. Walk-in, registration and ID rules remain unknown.
Both Trellis services are open to anyone as drop-ins with no appointment or registration, and the Fresh Food Stall runs Tuesdays from 1 p.m. until the food is gone. The stall schedule is now confirmed, with the Tuesday hours carried in the schedule note since there is no set closing time.

Before: the Trellis Breakfast Program was a draft because its cost was unknown. The Trellis Fresh Food Stall showed "Tuesday afternoons" with an unconfirmed start time and unknown eligibility and access rules.
After: the breakfast listing is published as free, Monday to Thursday, 9–11 a.m. Both Trellis services are open to anyone as drop-ins, with no appointment or registration. The Fresh Food Stall runs Tuesdays from 1 p.m. until the food is gone, with one bag per household or couple.
Both changes come from a September 29, 2026 provider email from Trellis and a September 30 confirmation from the review owner, recorded as a
trellis-provider-followupdirect-confirmation evidence entry on each record. The provider also says the breakfast hours were extended a little over a year ago, which explains why the City page still lists 9–10:30 a.m.How:
deployments/kingston/resources.jsonupdates the two Trellis records (cost, publication status, summaries, eligibility, access, limitations, schedule, evidence, and review dates to 2026-09-30). The stall has no set closing time and the schema requires one, so its schedule is confirmed with the Tuesday hours carried in the schedule note. ID rules stay unknown.deployments/kingston/REVIEW.mdupdates the Trellis section to match.Merging does not release Kingston; a release is a separate, explicit step.
