README 的手机 App 章节已有使用说明，但缺少源码和安装包入口。此次在中英文版章节开头加入 App 仓库与 Android 预览版 APK 下载链接，并说明从 Releases 的 Assets 获取安装包。
下载入口指向 Releases 列表，适配当前预发布版本，不固定 APK 版本，也不依赖仅适用于正式发布的 latest 入口。
验证：已核对 App 仓库和发布资产；
pnpm verify、git diff --check通过。仅文档链接变更，无需版本提升。
