List of changes made

• An "Open app" button next to the site title opens TissUUmaps from every page, not only from the landing page.
• A GitHub icon on the right of the navbar links to the TissUUmaps repository. The phone menu shows it with a "GitHub" label.
• The docs version moved from the navbar, where it sat next to the partner logos, to the top of the docs sidebar. It only applies to the docs.
• The partner logos show from 1300px instead of 1200px. The new items left too little room at 1200px, so the navbar wrapped with a scrollbar or zoom.
• The partner logos are now also at the bottom of the phone menu.
• Site storage is per browser tab (sessionStorage), so a closed TissUUmaps 3 banner comes back in a new tab. The color mode and docs version choices are also per tab.

Testing

• A certain branch in other repos is needed: no.
• Instructions on how to test: pnpm run fmt:check, lint, typecheck and test pass; pnpm run prepare:site --skip-apps && pnpm run build && pnpm run serve. Check the navbar at 1440px, 1100px and 390px wide (phone menu), and a docs page for the version.

Further comments

On phones the logos are pinned to the bottom of the menu with CSS (:has()). If the Docusaurus menu markup changes, they fall back to the end of the list.
