feat: add TissUUmaps 3 projects to the gallery - #6

A gallery project now takes either `project`, a TissUUmaps project file, or `link`, the address of an older TissUUmaps 3 project. The gallery shows the two kinds in separate sections. The data fields are optional for links, since the old projects do not state a data license. The card image now opens the project page, like the title; only the button opens TissUUmaps.
The seven projects of the TissUUmaps 3 gallery, with their screenshots cropped to 16:10. The folder dates keep the order of the old gallery.
