Release preparation

• docs/releases/v0.8.2.md: the release notes. They give the corrections in words for a user, and the changes of behavior that a user can see.

Changes of behavior that the notes name:

• The keys n and N of pine (next and previous chapter) are gone, and so are the config keys next_chapter and prev_chapter. A config file that has the two keys still loads.
• While a text input or the confirmation dialog has the keys, the global keys and the playback keys of pine have no function. ctrl+p does not open the command palette, and space does not pause the playback.
• b makes a bookmark only for the item that plays.
• A stall of the stream can lose up to 1 second of listening time, as a pause does.
• For Audiobookshelf before 2.36.0, each read of the bookmarks reads the user with all bookmarks.

spruce has two corrections: it does its cleanup at the close of the terminal, and it shows the error of a pause state, a speed, or a volume that the player refuses.

Verification

On Linux, on the commit of this pull request:

• PINE_REQUIRE_LIBMPV=1 PINE_REQUIRE_DBUS=1 go test ./... -count=1: 855 tests pass
• The same command with -race: 28 packages pass
• The two link checks of scripts/release.sh: spruce links no pine-only package, and pine links no spruce package.

Not verified

• scripts/release.sh did not run. It makes the tag and publishes the GitHub Release.
• No real Audiobookshelf server ran for the corrections of pull request fix: correct bookmarks, playback faults, and the keys of text inputs #8. pine and spruce did not run in a terminal for the corrections of the keys and of the bookmarks. The release notes say so.
• No binary of this release exists before the release. The Release workflow builds the binaries after the GitHub Release is published.
• In CI on Windows, TestE2E_LoginFailure and TestE2E_CacheSurvivesRestart failed at times in pull request fix: correct bookmarks, playback faults, and the keys of text inputs #8, and passed in the next run of the same commit. The test helper waits 200 ms for a command. The two tests and the helper have no change.

After the merge, the release is one command on main:
