Move aiopowerwall into tesla_fleet_api.tesla.powerwall - #205
This moves aiopowerwall into tesla_fleet_api/tesla/powerwall/ (step 6 of the aiopowerwall merge plan) in two commits: the first commit (dfdc7b8) is a verbatim copy of src/aiopowerwall/*.py from Teslemetry/aiopowerwall at d3540b871a7f6a174d82b86103ee53e1a007e449, so it can be diffed against that SHA with no changes, and the second commit (c87cb51) makes the package pass pyright strict (71 errors, fixed with cast, a Callable[[Any], None] annotation on populate and reportUnnecessaryIsInstance ignores on three defensive argument checks so no runtime check is removed), drops the sub-package __version__, exports PowerwallClient and PowerwallEnergySite from tesla_fleet_api.tesla next to EnergySiteRouter, adds the 232 aiopowerwall tests under tests/powerwall/ with only their imports rewritten (a small conftest.py hook runs their async def tests with asyncio.run, so no pytest-asyncio dev dependency is added, and a .gitignore exception lets tests/powerwall/test_*.py be tracked), adds a NOTICE carrying the aiopowerwall and pypowerwall MIT notices, points the docs at the new module, and corrects two AGENTS.md statements the move made wrong (the test convention and the TeslaFleetError base rule, since the Powerwall exceptions deliberately keep Exception). There is no behaviour change, no new runtime or dev dependency, and no version bump; aiopowerwall's own signer stays for now (step 7 replaces it) and no code is deduplicated yet (step 8). Locally, pyright tesla_fleet_api and ruff check tesla_fleet_api tests are clean, and tests/powerwall plus the router, energysite and jws tests pass (360 tests). Please merge with a merge commit or rebase rather than squash if the verbatim-copy commit should stay reviewable on main.
Verbatim copy of src/aiopowerwall/*.py from Teslemetry/aiopowerwall at
d3540b871a7f6a174d82b86103ee53e1a007e449. No edits; adaptation follows
in the next commit.
- Fix the 71 pyright strict errors with casts, a Callable annotation for
`populate` and ignores on three defensive isinstance checks; no runtime
change.
- Drop `__version__` from the sub-package.
- Export PowerwallClient and PowerwallEnergySite from tesla_fleet_api.tesla.
- Move the aiopowerwall tests to tests/powerwall/ with imports rewritten;
a conftest hook runs the async tests without pytest-asyncio.
- Add NOTICE for the aiopowerwall and pypowerwall MIT licences.
- Point the docs and AGENTS.md at the new module.

Walkthrough
This pull request adds an in-project Powerwall package with an asynchronous client, signed gateway transport, component helpers, and an EnergySite adapter. It exports the APIs, adds Powerwall-specific tests, and updates attribution and local-control documentation.
Changes: Powerwall local control

Public contracts and shared results tesla_fleet_api/tesla/powerwall/models.py, exceptions.py, authorized_clients.py, __init__.py, tesla_fleet_api/tesla/__init__.py, tests/powerwall/test_authorized_clients.py, tests/powerwall/test_exceptions.py
Adds typed payloads, Powerwall exceptions, authorized-client parsing, and package exports.
Gateway transport and protocol tesla_fleet_api/tesla/powerwall/transport.py, queries.py, tests/powerwall/test_transport.py, test_tesla_protocol_compat.py
Adds gateway login, token handling, signed v1r requests, GraphQL query definitions, and protocol compatibility checks.
Adds local reads, configuration updates, battery and grid commands, and response parsing. Tests cover request construction, validation, scaling, and error handling.
A failed key revocation or backup cancellation can appear successful, while battery identity and restored reserve values can be inaccurate. Resolve these issues before merging unless their impact is explicitly accepted.

- Around line 1036-1038: In the curtailment restore flow, preserve fractional
raw reserve values by converting saved_reserve to float rather than int; update
the _saved_reserve_percent annotation to float | None and use a floating-point
default so restore_from_curtailment writes back the original value without
truncation.
- Around line 1453-1457: Update the `allow_missing_response` handler in
`post_v1r` to catch only a dedicated empty-inner-response exception, not every
`PowerwallError`; define and raise that exception where the transport detects an
empty routable response, then import and catch it in the client. Preserve
propagation of connection, authentication, rate-limit, fault, and other protocol
errors.
- Line 5: Update the import of PowerwallClient and battery_level to use the
package-local tesla_fleet_api.tesla.powerwall exports instead of the undeclared
aiopowerwall dependency.

- Around line 337-339: Update the expansion fallback in the code handling
`expansion_slot` to select and remove only an unclaimed slot without a
serialized component row. Leave serialized rows in `unclaimed` for separate
inference, and preserve the existing behavior when no eligible slot is found.
