Fixes the dispatch docs and one error type, from the pypowerwall#440 comparison.

  • Replaces 'the gateway still applies its own reserve and grid limits' (docstring and README): a dispatch can discharge below the backup reserve and export regardless of the export setting (PW2/Backup Gateway 1, firmware 26.34.0, third-party report). The gateway refuses, not clamps, requests above its limit with code 11 (seen at 10,000 W), raised as PowerwallCommandError.
  • dispatch_battery_power raises ValueError, not OverflowError, for a huge int such as 10**1000; test added.
  • README notes third-party reports of dispatch on PW2/Backup Gateway 1 at 26.34.0 (Add local v1r battery power dispatch and resume controls jasonacox/pypowerwall#440).

Tests: dispatch tests in tests/test_client.py pass; ruff and mypy clean.

The docs said the gateway still applies its own reserve and grid limits.
A third-party PW2/Backup Gateway 1 (26.34.0) report shows a dispatch can
discharge below the reserve and export regardless of the export setting,
and the gateway refuses requests above its limit with code 11 (seen at
10,000 W). math.isfinite(10**1000) raised OverflowError; now ValueError.

Walkthrough

The dispatch documentation now describes reported reserve, export, and gateway-limit behavior. Power input validation rejects oversized integers that cause a float-conversion overflow, and a test covers this input.

Dispatch contract and input validation
src/aiopowerwall/client.py, README.md, tests/test_client.py
Dispatch documentation describes reported reserve and export behavior, gateway rejection of above-limit requests, and replacement of the power setpoint and timer by a new call. Validation rejects oversized integers with the existing ValueError, and the test includes an oversized integer.
