CI moved to tokenizers 0.23.3, pypdf 6.21.2 and XlsxWriter 3.3.0 (Dependabot #46-#48); the full local suite, `--run-llm` and `--run-gui` groups included, passed against them. numpy's floor stays at 2.4.6: 2.5 requires Python >= 3.12, and the lock still resolves 3.11.
