ui: filter by licence family and by format

data.json already carries license / license_spdx / licenseRank and formats. Add facets for licence family (CC0 / public domain, CC-BY, permissive code, custom) and common formats (glb/gltf, fbx, png, wav/ogg, ttf/otf). Depends on the format normalization issue.

Done in #51. The catalog has Licence (CC0/PD, CC-BY, permissive, copyleft, custom, mixed) and Format (glTF/GLB, FBX, OBJ, Blend, PNG, SVG, EXR/HDR, WAV/FLAC, OGG/MP3, fonts, Godot, video) filters, kept in the URL as ?licence= and ?format=.
