TypeScript 7 removes baseUrl and no longer loads @types automatically, which broke the typecheck in #61.

  • Drop baseUrl and the @/* path. Nothing imports from @/ and Vite has no matching alias.
  • Add "types": ["vite/client"] so the CSS side-effect imports in main.tsx and TerminalTab.tsx resolve.

Checked locally. tsc -b --force exits 0 on 5.9.3 and on 7.0.2, and exits 1 on 7.0.2 without this change. npm run build and the 23 vitest tests pass on 7.0.2.

TypeScript 7 removes baseUrl and no longer loads @types automatically,
so the CSS side-effect imports stopped resolving. baseUrl and the @/*
path were unused (nothing imports from @/), and vite/client declares
the CSS modules. Typechecks clean on 5.9.3 and 7.0.2. Unblocks #61.

The native Go compiler. Brings in the @typescript per-platform binaries. Config made compatible in #62.
