Adds a recording under Secure by default: create a collection, its list rule starts locked, an anonymous request gets HTTP 403, open the rule, the same request gets HTTP 200 with the records. Recorded on a local instance with demo data; the script asserts both responses.

Fixes: the Tests badge was a static image that always showed passing and linked to a non-existent gresbase/gresbase organisation, now the real ci.yml badge; the README clone URL pointed at the same missing organisation; TypeScript badge corrected to 5.6+. Em dashes replaced with plain punctuation, meaning unchanged.

Not changed here: the Go module path in go.mod is still github.com/gresbase/gresbase, which affects go install and imports and needs its own change.

A recording on a local instance with demo data: create a collection, see its
list rule start locked, make an anonymous request (HTTP 403), open the rule,
repeat it (HTTP 200 with the records). The script asserts both responses.

The Tests badge was a static image that showed passing whatever CI said, and
linked to a gresbase/gresbase organisation that does not exist; it is now
the real ci.yml badge. The clone URL pointed at the same missing
organisation. TypeScript badge corrected to 5.6+. Em dashes replaced with
plain punctuation; the meaning of every line is unchanged.
