- Added Soroban certificate contract with revoke/reissue/merkle anchoring

- Added Vercel OG edge route for certificate social images
- Added frontend revocation banners, OpenBadges download, and Merkle verifier
- Added Prisma migration for MerkleCohortRoot model
- Updated .gitignore with test snapshots and unnecessary files
