Summary

The protocol site's logo and browser icon now use the FunGen-xQTL T1 mark, the same mark as the xQTL resource catalog and the AD Loci Explorer. Site configuration and image files only; no notebook or pipeline changes.

Changes

• website/fungen_xqtl_logo.svg and website/fungen_xqtl_logo_dark.svg: the T1 mark in its light and dark colours, drawn from the T1 TikZ source.
• website/favicon.svg: the same mark as the browser icon; it switches to the dark colours when the browser is in dark mode.
• myst.yml: logo and logo_dark point to the new mark, logo_text reads "FunGen-xQTL Protocol" next to it, and favicon is set. website/xqtl_wf.png is no longer the logo but is kept in the repository.

Checks

• The SVGs use the T1 geometry and colours. The same mark is already checked in light and dark mode on the catalog.
• The site build was not run locally; the Build Site workflow on this PR will show the result.
