feat: give the Europe result a line in every Kaspersky column - #24

Placement already carried 1 / 52 for Europe while Solved and Score carried one line each, so the row read lopsided. Solved and Score now repeat the same 30 / 30 and 4,413 on a second Europe line. Asserts three placement-extra lines on the homepage and the results page so the columns cannot drift apart again.
