Adds the Kaspersky{CTF} 2026 placement to the public site.

Changes

  • /results/ gets a new record, newest first: Kaspersky{CTF} 2026, North America regional stage, August 29 to 30 2026, placement 3 / 361. Labeled team result, not member result with a prior team.
  • Homepage gets a Latest result line and an All results link.
  • Homepage nav now matches every other page ([home] [results] [write-ups] [apply]). It previously had no link to /results/ at all, so the results page was reachable only by direct URL.

Verification

  • npm test: 6 of 7 pass. The one failure, all local page assets exist, also fails on unmodified main and is a Windows-only bug in the test itself (new URL(root).pathname returns /C:/Users/...). /brand/kernel-kittens-mark.svg serves 200 locally. CI runs on Linux.
  • npm audit --audit-level=high: 0 vulnerabilities.
  • git diff --check: clean.
  • Accessibility audit of / and /results/: 0 axe violations, all Kitsune checks pass.
  • Screenshots taken at 1280 and 320 wide. No overflow, theme intact.

Only verified content. No solve counts or scores were added because those numbers were not confirmed.

Record the North America regional stage placement of 3 of 361 teams on
/results/, newest first, labeled as a Kernel Kittens team result rather
than a prior-team result.

Surface it on the homepage as a latest result line, and give the
homepage the same four item nav every other page already uses. The
homepage previously had no link to /results/ at all.

Superseded. This branch was cut from a stale local main (PR #10) and would have reverted the work in PRs #11 through #17. Redone against current main.
