- Send confirmation email (with pdf receipt attached) to organisers with status 1 or 3 when a training manager enters academic payment details.
- Added a new email template stating that payment details were added by the training manager rather than submitted by the organiser.
- Transactions added by training managers are shown in organizer payment history page, same way as organizer payment workflow.
