Useless Mod uses split licensing:

• Code — the Java sources, Gradle build scripts and behavior-defining data (recipes, tags, loot tables) are licensed under the MIT License; see LICENSE.
• Assets — textures, models, sounds and the bundled resource pack under src/main/resources/assets/ and src/main/resources/xia/ are All Rights Reserved. You may redistribute unmodified mod jars and show the art in videos or streams, but you may not extract or reuse the assets in other mods or resource packs. See LICENSES/Assets-All-Rights-Reserved.txt.
• Third-party content — remains under its own license, described below.
