Superseded: explicit document template selection

What changed

• add optional template_path to create_new_document and create_drawing
• validate explicit templates for existence, readability, and document-specific extension before COM attachment
• disable fallback whenever an explicit template is requested
• report the selected template source and honest document-type verification metadata
• read back drawing sheet size, scale, projection, paper-size code, and sheet-format path when available
• document the behavior in English and Simplified Chinese

Why

Production workflows often have several purpose-specific part and drawing templates. Selecting only the configured default or the first discovered template cannot guarantee that a generated document inherited the intended standards.

Verification

• baseline offline suite: 225 tests passed before changes
• final offline suite: 234 tests passed
• git diff --check: passed
• live disposable regression: passed with one explicit part template and two explicit drawing templates; document types and drawing sheet sizes were read back, and all disposable documents were closed without saving
• confirmed no SolidWorks documents remained open after the live test

Notes

SOLIDWORKS does not reliably expose the originating template path after creating part and assembly documents. The response therefore verifies the exact resolved path supplied to ISldWorks.NewDocument and the resulting document type, while explicitly reporting that native source-template readback is unavailable.
