My list now searches shared ideas as you type while retaining exact-wording private saves. Explore keeps the existing layout and categories, with server-side pagination and URL/back navigation. Five suggestions or twenty Explore results are mounted at a time.
Adds an approved shared catalog seeded idempotently from 419 existing ideas and a separate authenticated submission queue. New ideas become public only after explicit submission and operator review; personal list data stays private. Includes an additive migration, SQL seed artifact generation, and a local-only review CLI.
Validation: prior full unit suite, typecheck and production build passed; 14 focused browser tests passed; real in-memory SQLite tests verify privacy, seed idempotence and approval/rejection. Release CI will validate the current-main base and final suggestion pagination regression. Preserved-design review passed. No new dependencies. Production migration and seed import are part of the explicitly authorized release, pending CI.
