Remove recruiter-shaped framing from public engineering docs

Reframes the public repository as an engineering reference rather than an employer-targeted portfolio artifact.

Changes:

• Five-minute technical evaluation → Run locally
• replaces recruiter-shaped authorship disclaimers with engineering accountability
• keeps AI assistance explicit while clarifying responsibility for architecture, review/debugging, acceptance gates and ship/reject decisions
• preserves the production/private boundary

Verification before push: npm test 6/6 PASS and git diff --check clean.
