Add Tailwind responsive breakpoints (sm/md/lg) throughout the marketing homepage and user dashboard shell. The hero section previously forced an ~860px minimum content width (fixed w-200/w-215 elements), causing horizontal overflow on mobile; it now fluidly scales and hides the scrapbook-style decorative collage/tape elements below sm in favor of a simplified stacked badge layout. Other marketing sections (footer, how-it- works cards, pot tiers, previous hackathon, FAQ, signup) had fixed pixel widths or two-column layouts that didn't fit narrow viewports; these now stack and resize fluidly. The dashboard sidebar and content margins now scale down on small screens as well.
