SNE Labs

A computing company.

SNE Labs researches computation, builds systems, and applies accumulated computational capability to real, consequential problems.

We are not organized around a fixed software catalog, a single technology, or one generation of artificial intelligence.

We build durable autonomous systems and the research infrastructure beneath them.

How we work

RESEARCH
  discover primitives, properties and new computational models

SYSTEMS
  materialize reusable technology from acquired knowledge

FIELD
  apply capability to real environments and consequential problems

EVIDENCE
  establish what actually happened and what can be claimed

Our work starts from the problem and the operational reality that produces it — not from a prescribed implementation.

  -> computational model
  -> system
  -> execution
  -> result
  -> evidence
  -> reusable knowledge
  -> greater computational capability

Current frontier — Genesis

Genesis: A New Meaning for the Browser
Technical descriptor: Agentic Native Web

Genesis is a sovereign research and engineering frontier for the Web. It investigates an agentic Web runtime that separates durable institutional semantics from replaceable Web substrates and preserves distinctions such as:

observation != authorization
action != effect
reachability != authority
unknown != failure

Genesis Core remains private and separately governed.

The Genesis Research & Contributor Program opens selected research problems, experiments, benchmarks, documentation and implementation-adjacent tracks without placing the Genesis critical path under external dependency.

SNE Labs does not delegate the Genesis frontier. It parallelizes discovery around it.

Institutional boundary — SNE-FDE

SNE-FDE is the institutional and executable Field boundary of SNE Labs.

It contains the Computing Thesis, Computational Treasury, Field contracts, Public Surface contracts and the first executable experiments that connect external reality to traceable computational capability.

Its public logic is deliberately problem-first:

REALITY
  -> PROBLEM
  -> WORK
  -> EVIDENCE
  -> CAPABILITY
  -> FIELD

Projects are not SKUs. Software, models, agents, runtimes, protocols, interfaces, low-level systems and physical components may all be instruments of one execution.

The intended unit of value is:

solving problems through computation

Engineering principles

Across our systems, we repeatedly preserve explicit separations:

intelligence != authority
proposal != decision
action != effect
effect != result
absence != failure
claim != evidence
technical execution != economic outcome
contribution != admission
capability != authority

We reconstruct lower layers only when an existing abstraction is weaker than the property the system requires.

reconstruct only when
existing abstraction < required property

Public systems & research

Bring us a problem

SNE Labs does not begin by asking which product you want.

We begin by asking what is happening in reality, why it matters, what is computationally difficult about it, and what evidence would be sufficient to distinguish success, failure and uncertainty.
